Richard HEMMING : Tasted Blind. Attractive cracked black pepper and refined black cherry with plenty of Syrah influence adding delicious layers of complexity. Fine, floury tannins, juicy refreshment on the finish. Good flavour intensity too.

Vinification
Hand-harvested by end September. The three varieties are vinified separately. Traditional and ancestral vinification, during 21 days on marc, with two daily pumping over, under controlled temperature. The Grenache is aged in tanks on fine lies and the Syrah & Mourvèdre in oak barrels, before blending and bottling.
