The grapes used for this Riesling are grown exclusively on Buntsandstein, which is the typical soil type of the Palatine wine area; the grape trees are deep rooted providing for a very good mineral nutrient supply which is responsible for the high mineral content of our wines.This dry Riesling impresses with its fine, mineral, nearly salty freshness; paired with aromas of green tea, ripe apricots and lime,This wine is best served with any kind of seafood, poultry and veal.
