Usually the white wines elaborated in Monterrei are jewels produced with 90% godello plus 10% treixadura. Our bet is a different wine keeping the essence of the area and the grapes, a 60% godello plus 40% treixadura resting 3 months on it´s lees, which enhance the freshness and flower aromas of our story-teller..

Vinification
● Harvest by hand in 16Kg cases. ● Crushing ● Destimming ● Soft pressing ● Racking at 16ºC ● Fermantation at 17,5ºC with natural yeasts during aproximatly 3 weeks ● Resting on its lees during minimum 4 months with batonage each 15 days ● Clarification ● Cold stabilization at -5ºC during 8 days ● Filtration ● Bottling
