Description
Very elegant and aromatic wine fully made with Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes, the only aromatic Malvasia in Italy. After picking, grapes are lightly crushed and pressed for a few hours. The moist obtained ferments at 18 °C. The seven months aging in steel tanks, followed by a few months in bottles, produces a refined taste and aroma.
