About
Growing up in Horitschon, Dominik attended the viticultural college in Eisenstadt from 2007. With this step he decided to start a career in wine in his home town. From 2008 onwards he gained experience in wine growing, vinification and cellaring. In between he could also expand his knowledge during an internship in Central Otago, Cromwell, New Zealand. He passed his viticulture and cellar master exam at the Eisenstadt college in 2014 and has been self-employed since 2015, cultivating vineyards in Horitschon and Neckenmarkt.
