<p>Hattingley Valley is a family owned grower and producer of premium English Sparkling Wine in Lower Wield, Hampshire. Our first vineyard was established in 2008 and was planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. We currently manage over 24 hectares (60 acres) of vines across two well-situated sites which provide excellent growing conditions.</p> <p>At Hattingley Valley, we use the traditional method for making our wines. A key element of our style is the subtle use of oak barrels to ferment a small proportion of the wines each year. This helps to soften the wines before they go into bottles for the second fermentation. Our custom-built winery was completed in 2010, equipped with the latest technology from continental Europe and has continued to grow along with the ever developing English Wine Industry.</p>
