Located on the Short Hills Bench, at the base of the Niagara Escarpment, this premium winery tends to the 170 acre vineyard on the property and takes the low yield approach. Henry of Pelham produces only small batches of premier VQA approved wines of the highest quality. This Estate Winery in Niagara is the largest grape grower in the small sub-appellation of the Short Hills Bench.
