Description
It presents a very intense and dark colour, an accentuated and complex aroma that reminds very well mature red fruits, balanced acidity, corpulent in the mouth and a long ending. Lightly cold maceration; traditional tanning fermentation in wine press, with controlled fermentation temperature of 26º C; 18 months of storage in French oak wood. Grapes: Old vineyards. Blend of different varieties such as Alfrocheiro, Aragonez, Alicante Bouchet, Touriga Nacional, Talhão 25. Should be decanted before being served.
