Sheltered in the mountainous area some 50km’s from the Southern tip of Africa and 25km across the bay from Hermanus, lies Sondagskloof. This special piece of earth was granted South African Wine and Spirit Institute ‘Ward Status’in February 2007. At the cellar , our 350-tonne urban winery combines European mindset and gravity concept to minimize handling and intervention in the wine-making process. Our wine-making philosophy ensures wines of elegance,balance, longevity and drink-ability and expressing our sense of place in The Soul of Sondagskloof.
