Hidden Valley Wines, nestled against the Helderberg Mountains, boasts a magnificent cellar among its pristine vineyards. In keeping with a holistic approach to the environment, the farm was developed to its current glory. Although the winery is a state of the art, gravity fed cellar, it is nestled into the side of the slope and intended to blend back into the environment in time. The building materials, namely stone, wood and glass has been purposely selected to present a contemporary yet functional structure.
