The owl is synonymous with the traditional estate in Langenlois. As an ancient sign of wisdom, tranquility and permanence it has shaped the winery’s philosophy and craft ever since. The Hiedler family treasures a valuable legacy of very old vines, some of them growing on the best crus the Kamptal has to offer. Their vineyards are mainly planted with Riesling and Grüner Veltliner. Iconic wines of unique dimension and texture are the result of the family's close relation to nature and the experience gained since the foundation in 1856.
