Description
Our Pouilly Fumé vineyard is located in Boisgibault in the Nièvre close to Sancerre on the right bank of the Loire. This Pouilly Fumé comes from clay-chalk terroirs, Kimmeridge shale and Portland limestone and is produced from Sauvignon Blanc. It expresses refreshing citrus and broom notes underlined by a point of mineral that is characteristic of the appellation.
