Colour : Pale yellow with a fine bead. Bouquet : Notes of verbena, white flowers and almonds. Palate : An elegant, fresh, well-balanced wine with flavours of mango and almond. Fresh on the finish with floral notes.

Our Clairette de Die is made by the classic Ancestral Method. No sulphites are added during winemaking
Vineyard
The grapes for our Clairette de Die bask in the sunshine of the Drôme Valley, protected by the foothills of the Vercors Massif, where this wine has enjoyed Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée status since 1942. The vineyards are made up of small plots of clay/limestone soils, rising to an altitude of 700m.
