Description
Shiny light gold colour. The nose is slightly woody with aromas of white flowers and peaches. The palate is intense and complex, well-balanced between acidity and structure. Very nice wine with persistent freshness. Ideal as an aperitif, with seafood or poultry.

Rrespect of traditional methods while applying modern techniques: strict temperature control, studied extraction of colour and tannins, regular tasting during the entire wine-making process.

Maturation
Maceration on skins for 48 hours, then pressed. Fermentation in oak barrels. Ageing on lees for 4 months with stirring every two days for the first month then once a week for the remaining three months.
