About
COOL CLIMATE CHARDONNAY : Since 2003, we have been struck by the huge potential of Chardonnay in the country, particularly when grown in the cool-climate areas of Elgin and the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. We are fascinated by the distinct typicity, that goes beyond the simple differences in soil type, due to the subtle climate variations between these regions. So we are producing elegent wines from vineyards that represent the characteristics of each zone. Our aim is to develop and express their distinct styles in our wines.
