This is an exceptional white wine with a straw colour with greenish shades, characterized from rich fruit and floral aroma typical of the variety. On the palate it is a very elegant wine, with balanced taste and a lingering finish. Food pairing: salads, white cheese, Asian cuisine and fried fish. Serving Temperature: 120 – 140 C
