Riesling Grand Cru Eichberg "R" de BeyeR displays a deep and rich, but also fine and flinty aroma with pithy flavors. Tha attack on the palate is piquant and very finessed, with green and yellow apple flavors (yes, there is schist in the underground) that gives this wine an enormeous ageing potential, but also elegance and finesse. The wine is neverthelass full-bodied, intense and juicy, but most of all it shows the finessen power nad tension of grand vin.A great Alsatian dry Riesling of a great vintage! E Robert Parker
