Located in Alsace near Colmar, in the north east of France, the winery Jean-Baptiste ADAM is a very old family estate. Since 1614 in Ammerschwihr, fifteen generations succeed each other. The vineyards are certified organic (AB) and biodynamic (Demeter), including the famed Grand Cru "Kaefferkopf".
