Description
The 2016 vintage for the Barossa Valley produced Cabernet Sauvignon with ripe, rich fruit characters and soft, creamy tannins. The balanced fruit, tannin structure makes this wine approachable on release, however will benefit from correct cellaring for 10+ years. This wine displays luscious blackcurrant with expressive savoury notes. Spicy oak characters with a touch of toastiness.
