In August 2013 Louis Jadot purchased the Résonance Vineyard in Oregon, U.S.A., the first investment of its kind for Jadot outside of Burgundy since its formation in 1859. The inaugural vintage, produced in limited quantities was released in 2016. Located in the Yamhill-Carlton District AVA, within Oregon’s Willamette Valley, this 13ha property has 8ha planted with Pinot Noir. The wines are made under the watchful eye of Jacques Lardière, Louis Jadot’s winemaker and guardian of style and quality for over 40 years.
