Description
This wine has a golden colour with primary floral aromas of honeysuckle and jasmin, fruit aromas of gooseberry, lemon rind, peach, apricot and quince. Secondary aromas of butter, nuts, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg are present due to the lees contact and oxidative aeing for one year in a cement egg shaped vessel. Slight presence of tertiary aromas sch as honey and hay. the palate is textured and layered with a slight waxiness. The tanin is exclusively from the grapes. Good acidity, body and palate length.
