Description
It’s not like me to age white wine in an oak barrel. Barrels really aren’t my thing, but since contradiction and experimentation most definitely are my thing, I found that this kind of maturing might just lend itself to this finely sculpted, mineral Chardonnay. And what a nice surprise it proved to be! It just goes to show that only fools never change their minds. A winegrower who’s no fool
