Description
Deep ruby color. Lightly herbaceous smell with intense notes of flowers and red fruits, cranberry, blackcurrant and notes of licorice. In the mouth is warm, full bodied, dry with elegant and soft tannins.

Vinification
Long maceration at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked off and transferred in used French oak barrels. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon age separately and are assembled one month before the bottling.

Deep soil, mix of mainly iron-rich clays and gravels.
