Description
On the nose, fragrant notes of blackcurrants and crushed violets are followed by layers of kalamata olives and tobacco leaves. The palate is plush, revealing cassis, dark plums and chocolate fondant framed by the silky but firm gravelly tannins typical of this site. A pure expression of Hazel's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.
