60% Montepulciano & 40% Merlot, these blends are luxurious deep organic red wines that combine one of Abruzzo's preferred grapes – Montepulciano, with one of the world's most widely planted varieties, Merlot. Alzavola Rosso is considered an “easy-drinking” wine thanks to it's rich tannins and deliciously soft velvety dark fruit flavors such as cherry and plum. This classy blend , is ideal with red meat, game, excellent as an aperitif, and first courses.
