Description
TASTING: It presents an intense ruby red colour with slight mahogany hues. On nose we discover red fruit, brushwood and smoky hints. It is fresh and elegant. The polished tannin gives it a lengthy and silky mid-palate.
AGEING: 12 -18 months French oak wood barrel.
SOIL: Calcareous clay
VINIFICATION: Spontaneous. Wood tanks.
