Description
Colour. A very intense picota cherry red colour.
Bouquet. It offers aromas of ripe black fruit, together with touches of licorice, spices and tobacco as befits the Tempranillo variety.
Palate. The palate is intense, fresh and shows great finesse. The climatic conditions of the vintage with colder temperatures and more rain than average bring a distinctive character with great elegance.

Vinification
We harvest by hand and run two grape selections, one in the vine and after in winery. The grapes are cooled to 5º and have thus a cold maceration for a week, what allows obtaining aromas in liquid phase. Alcoholic fermentation starts with indigenous yeasts at 15ºC and malolactic fermentation in run at a cellar temperature of 20ºC.
