Giulio Bertrand’s vision was to produce the best Bordeaux blend outside of Bordeaux, therefore Pierre Lurton from Château Cheval Blanc is the consultant and one of the directors. The point of difference: Giulio Bertrand and Pierre Lurton saw from the start that Morgenster has the terroir to produce wines which will age well. A portion of each vintage was kept in the cellar to age, to have several vintages on allocation.
