About
Mossi Winery boasts centuries of history: it has been producing wine since 1558. We are located in Ziano Piacentino (Emilia-Romagna, Italy), where we grow many traditional varieties, such as Barbera and Croatina (blended together they become Gutturnio, the most popular red wine in the province of Piacenza), Ortrugo and Malvasia di Candia Aromatica (white grapes). Over the last few decades we have been taking care of Malvasia Rosa, a very rare variety, produced only by three wineries in the world. With Malvasia Rosa we make both an elegant sparkling rosé and a unique late harvest.
