About
Zorzal is an Argentine winery founded in 2008 in the Uco Valley, Tupungato, the Gualtallary zone and dedicated to the production of high-quality wines. Zorzal terroir has a rocky limestone soil with chalk-streaked stones and a breeze from the Andes which makes it cool and healthy. It is at great altitude (1,350 metres above sea-level) and has a desert climate. All these features combine to make it an ideal place to achieve the highest quality grapes with unique personality. Zorzal finds its expression in respectful, non-invasive winemaking, preferring fruit to wood and austerity to exberance.
