Bright garnet red, medium intensity. Blackberry and plum aromas, and some elegant subtle liquorice hints. Mild, silky and delicious fruity taste. Long finish and pleasant palate.

Vinification
Cold maceration, prior to the beginning of the alcoholic fermentation. Fermentation temperature: 25ºC. One week maceration. Malolactic fermentaion in stainless steel vats.
Vineyard
These vines are located at the end of the Valley of Nekeas, where the acidity is higher. There, the soil -red clay with a great dreinage- is perfect for this variety.
