Vinification
Fermeted in stainless stell tank, after a skin contact maceration of a few hours between 9-11º.
Vineyard: Nekeas Valley, North of Navarra Spain
Machine harvest at the southwest part of the Nekeas Valley where there is more sun and warmer conditions.
Maturation
Best consumed during its first two years. Its good acidity means that it can last, at least, one more year in acceptable condition.
