Aromas : Berries and herbs flavours with a subtle toast and oak character on the nose. Complemented by dark berry fruit and cinnamon character on the palate.
Ageing Potential: 3 - 8 years
Food Pairing : Pot-roasted pheasant, plum sauce, crisp potato wedges and a garden salad.
