PACO & LOLA: Rigorous quality controls. BRC and IFS certification. WE ARE A YOUNG WINERY CAPABLE OF ELABORATING A GREAT WINE AND OF BRINGING THE ALBARIÑO CULTURE TO ANYONE, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. Vines are between 8 and 100 years old, the age when the plants are at their optimum. Founded in 2005, the winery is equipped with the latest technologies. Stainless steel tanks, microfiltration systems, temperature control. We combine new winemaking technologies and the experience of the wine growers, so we can proudly offer top end wines. Paco & Lola winery has more than 200 hectares of vineyards spread over more than 1,900 different lots, which are rooted in granite, sandy and slightly acidic soils, that provide the wines with great varietal aromatic intensity and make a unique blend in the wine world. Our production is approx. 2,000,000l per year.
