About

Pagos de Matanegra is a young Spanish winery, founded in 2005, and belonging to the Denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero. Our vineyards grow in the heart of the Ribera del Duero. In the privileged golden triangle, famous for offering the best grapes, where the quality of the land, the sun and humidity create a microclimate which is especially propitious for growing the Tempranillo grape variety. We are a small winery, producing ten times less than the best known brands.
