Description
The winemaker annually selects the best fruit combination for a limited release blend. The wine is well balanced with dominant flavours of cherries, red berries, cloves and white pepper. The palate is well structured although elegant and has a long smooth finish.

Vinification
The wine is made from grapes grown in dry-land conditions, yielding less than 8 tons per hectare. Fermented at 25 degrees Celsius with regular pump overs. Left on the skins for 2 days. Lightly pressed. Malolactic fermentation in the barrels.
