Castillo de Perelada owns 131 hectares in the Empordà, and has control over 110 hectares more between the Mediterranean sea and the Pyrenees. We strongly believe that work in the vineyard is the key for producing quality wines. Perelada owns 5 vineyards in Empordà. The soil heterogeneity in this region is unique and allows to make wines with an extremely wide range of nuances.
Maturation
15 months in American and French barrels.
