Fred Peterson has been growing grapes and making wine for his entire adult life. His son Jamie, can on board to relieve Fred of the winemaking duties in 2002. Together, the two craft small lot wines that reflect a sense of time and place by using the most gentle winemaking practices, a term they've coined "Zero Manipulation".
