POE Wines produces Champagne method sparkling wines. We also make Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from organic, historic and high elevation vineyards with minimal intervention. Our wines show purity and expression of site. Under our brand Ultraviolet, we produce exceptional value Cabernet Sauvignon, still rosé, and sparkling rosé. Lastly, under our brand Mommenpop, we produce citrus aperitifs handmade in Napa Valley. The three vermouths are made with fresh, whole organic citrus peel and spices. They taste great on their own, in a spritz, or in a cocktail.
