"Richer than the 10, of course, this is in the same ballpark in style, emphasizing age and complexity, not big fruit. I loved the complex medley of flavors and the power. This eschews fruitiness, mostly, which some will prefer more than others. I thought this was pretty fine—it gives you the old tawny feel without having to trade up to an older tawny. The style here is acidity and complexity. The tawnies eschew fruitiness in favor of complexity, making even the 10 seem older than it is. Not everyone will prefer that style, but I loved it."
