Description
This wine reveals the perfect freshness of the Treixadura while wrapping it in nuances of french oak. It is bottled in a numbered limited edition. This wine is partially fermented in French oak barrels and undergoes a short ageing of 2 to 3 months. Clean and bright, with a lemon-yellow hue and olive-green tints. Very intense on the nose, where the aromas derived from the short ageing (nutmeg, cloves, butter) mingle with subtle notes of ripe fruit. Persistent on the palate with good structure and a perfect balance of unctuosity and freshness.
