<p>This bespoke 6 brewers barrel plant produces around 150 firkins/kegs per week. Our Brewers have created Rodent themed beers to critical acclaim and have won a string of Awards. The Rat Brewery concentrates on heavily hopped pale ales. Ones to look out for include the intensely hoppy Crazy Rat 6% and Rat Against the Machine 7.4%, Our Head Brewer, Paul Spencer, personally brews something special each month under the 'Project Rat' experimental series of one-off brews.</p>
