A gorgeous salmon colour with a beautiful nose of raspberry, citrus and honey. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with intense red berry fruit flavours. Enjoy Fitzrovia (Rosé) in the sunshine. A lovely accompaniment with canapés, lobster or summer berries.

Vinification
Handpicked, followed by whole bunch pressing conducted with respect to the must separation as stipulated by and within the CIVC permitted limits. Alcoholic fermentation with yeast specially prepared by Institute Œnologique de Champagne. 100% malolactic conversion (MLF). Suitable for vegetarians and vegans as no animal products used in fining.

Grapes sourced from vineyards across the South East of England
Soil Type
Vineyards spread across the South East with a combination of chalk, clay and sandstone soils. Generally south facing sites, free draining slopes in and around the South Downs of England. Aprox 10 - 50 meters above sea level with a cool maritime climate.
Viticulture
Vines up to 20 years in age. Combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier varietals. Vine density average 4000 per hectare. Double guyot pruning with vertical shoot positing training.
Maturation
First fermentation in stainless steel VAT's followed by 22 months second fermentation in purpose
