The “Pălincă de Bădăcin” noble brandies owes their success to the special quality of the fruits, advanced production techniques and, most importantly, the traditional distilling process of the Vălcăuan family. When fully ripe, the fruits are picked by hand and fermented as a mash. This mash is then slowly distilled in copper stills over wood fire.
Our fine brandies have won several gold and silver medals at the international competition "Quintesence" in Hungary.
