Description
This Selected Parcel is produced from our vineyard grown in the respect of the nature and biodiversity. That means no use of chemical fertilizers neither herbicides nor Soil: “Cabrière”: this 2 hectare parcel, surrounded by trees and garrigues, is planted on slopes with west exposure. As part of the scenery, the mountain Mont Lozere (5600 feet), brings a nice freshness, typical of the Cévennes climate. Ageing: 9 months in stainless steel barrels. Tasting: Rich with white fruits and hazelnuts aromas. Notes of dried apricots. The roundness of this wine is balanced with a fresh and long finish.
