About
We are a small family winery located in Serralunga d'Alba, the firm production aims only at the reds. Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Langhe Nebbiolo and different Barolos cru. The Schiavenza family acts in the territory since 1956 in very traditional way : cement for fermentation and maceration and only big Slavonian Oak barrel for 24/30 months.
