About
It is our intention to keep the valuable soil of our vineyards healthy. Therefore for instance we cultivate green manure using different kinds of flowers and herbs, force the spreading of beneficial organisms and negate using conventional chemical protection. We are convinced of ecological viniculture. As a reason of this we work on our wines minimum on organic guidelines As the grapes are gathered by hand it is possible to get a strict selection of the harvest. In the cellar we keep holding on the slowly development of the wine.
