Description
A delicious blend of three classic grape varieties evoking the sensory richness of Southern France. The wine displays a bright ruby red colour and the aroma is bursting with juicy red berries and hints of white pepper. A velvety smooth wine with a moderate alcohol. We did 20% whole bunch fermentation to enhance the red berry fruit flavours.

Vinification
The majority of the Shiraz and Mourvèdre grapes were picked at lower sugar levels and underwent carbonic maceration to preserve freshness of fruit and produce wines with lower alcohol. These components were not aged in oak. Most of the Grenache Noir was destemmed, crushed and went through traditional fermentation. This component was aged in old French oak barrels.
