Chardonnay
Description
Yellow colored wine, with greenish reflections, has rich aromas of yellow fruits, characteristic of the Chardonnay variety, such as peach and pineapple, combined with notes toast from contact with the wood. In the mouth stands out the yellow fruit, well balanced with the wood, showing good acidity that gives it gives it a mineral character. End of mouth full and persistent. With aging in bottle it gains complexity, enhancing notes of dried fruits.

Vinification
Manual harvest, carried out at the peak of phenolic and alcoholic maturation, in early September 2018, in 20kg boxes and quickly transported to the winery in order to preserve the quality of the grapes. Total destemming, smooth pressing of the whole berries and static decantation by the cold. Fermentation in used French oak barrels in a controlled temperature chamber. After aging, it was followed by finning and filtration respecting the integrity of the wine.
Vineyard
Our Chardonnay vineyard is planted in clay-limestone soils from the period Jurassic. The age of the plants, over a decade, the sun exposure to the Northwest and the commitment to viticulture, gives us high quality grapes. The average yield of this vineyard is 60hl / ha
