Description
Cherry red colour with purple edges. The nose is very intense with aromas of fresh fruit (strawberries, blackberries, currants) also appear liquorice, very typical of the Tempranillo variety. and wide in the mouth with sweet tannins and very friendly round. The finish islong, unctuous and intensely fruity.

Manuel harvesting. Rigorous quality control. Fine selection of each grapes. Fermentation at controlled temparature. A part of grapes is vinified by carbonic maceration. Prssing, then malolactic fermentation in tanks. ageing in stainlessteel tanks.
